Fisher Program

2019 Program

The Fisher Memorial Program was held on March 29, 2019, at the Spring Meeting of the ABA Business Law Section in Vancouver, Canada.

The topic was “Robot Loans: Artificial Intelligence and Its Place in Consumer Finance?”

The program  addressed issues pertaining to the use of artificial intelligence in consumer lending, with an emphasis on Fair Lending issues that may arise in the use of that technology.

The moderator was John Chiles, Partner, Burr & Forman LLP, Ft. Lauderdale, FL

The panelists were:
